Please note that for purchases of CPAP/APAP/BiPAP machines, valid prescriptions are required. Return Policy Boutique Maple CPAP Inc. is happy to accept returns on all unopened products for up to 12 days from the original purchase date. There will be a 15% restocking fee, and the remaining balance from your purchase price will be credited to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Warranty Policy We are happy to help facilitate warranty coverages for those with machines still under the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturers do not warranty against misuse or water damage. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, you will have a choice to have it returned to you at no cost, have the machine repaired by the manufacturer (repair costs will be communicated and collected before machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at current prices displayed on the website.
